"Mr. Jermaine Cohen was the agent that I worked with and he was so great. He got everything going so quickly and efficiently. He's did great customer service skills Jermaine and I can't think of his last name right now. But he's at the Morgan Ford location. In St. Louis Missouri and he made everything very easy. And I got my policy up and going and I gave them 5 stars for great customer service skills."

"Why I left to another State Farm Insurance Agent If I could give less than one star I would. To make a long story short, the team is inexperienced and unprofessional. During my transition from Liberty Mutual to Bradford O’Neil-Statefarm has been a disaster. Giffin the agent along with Kelly the Account Manager Provided poor customer service. I was suppose to get reimbursed over $2000 that StateFarm accidentally had taken from my escrow account. While I was making monthly payments for my homeowners insurance, Kelly the Account Manager kept giving me the run around for 3 consecutive months stating that they were going to reimburse my mortgage account and NOT SEND the check directly to the homeowner (unheard of) Kelly didn’t return my calls for updates, sent me unprofessional text messages from her PERSONAL PHONE that she was busy, with other clients and that they were short staff. After 3 months with no reimbursement, I was beyond dissatisfied with the service. I decided to transfer agents, which was the best decision. David Oberwise- Statefarm team was amazing. The Account Manager made the transition smooth as possible and was able to rectify the problem and I was reimbursed my $2,000 Directly to ME. Glad I Transferred to a professional team that cares about their customers."

"I went in to the office and Griffin helped walk me through coverages for my cars and my home. He gave me a great price for the coverages I selected and I ended up switching to State Farm from geico. "When it comes to insurance I honestly don't like dealing with it, however I had an excellent experience with JC setting up my auto, renters and life insurance. He made the transition to State Farm quick and easy. He was very knowledgeable about each policy and explained all the details of each policy he set up for me. "I started by requesting a quote online, and I got a good price for good coverage. But, then hit an error I could not correct alone. I asked for help, and Sales Rep Thalia Cruz contacted me right away. I didn't have to start over, Thalia just helped me finish the process and it was done in minutes. "Progressive was less expensive, but I went with State Farm because of Griffin. Griffin was so patient and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered before I purchased a policy. I wanted coverage that fit my needs, and Griffin got to know me and ensured that my auto and renters policy did. Then once I did purchase a policy, he promptly answered my call and email when I needed additional documents for my new apartment. Progressive's customer service felt very impersonal and, honestly, just unhelpful making me question how they would respond if I did need to file a claim. In today's world of decreasing personalization and increasing mass production, to feel like you are talking human to human with a company goes a long way for me. Ask for Griffin Keebler when you call. You will be so glad you did."
